Broad City Season 6

Tony Hernandez, executive producer of the American TV series "Broad City," revealed that the sixth season is expected to be released in early 2020.

The final episode of the 5th part was broadcasted on the "Comedy Central" channel in March 2019. This project is based on the eponymous web TV show, which began airing in 2009 and gained increased popularity among viewers.

Plot of Season 6

The action takes place in a huge city where two wonderful girls live. They are close friends and try to support each other in unconventional situations. The charming girls enjoy every day and confidently look towards the future. Sometimes they get into incredible troubles, but thanks to inexhaustible optimism and resourcefulness, they brilliantly get out of them. Despite their many undeniable talents, these energetic young ladies are unable to find decent jobs and value every penny. They realize that they have no right to waste money and buy unnecessary things, as they may unexpectedly be left without means of existence. Nevertheless, this does not prevent them from having fun and entertaining themselves in pleasant company. One of them is infatuated with a cute neighbor, but every time she meets the charismatic Jeremy, she panics and does ridiculous things. The other one is more uninhibited and easily makes new acquaintances.

The following artists are involved in the main roles: Ilana Glazer, who starred in the films "Intimate Semaphores" and "Very Bad Girls", Abby Jacobson, who participated in the series "Portlandia" and "BoJack Horseman", and some others.

This fascinating TV project premiered on January 22, 2014. 50 episodes were prepared. The main heroines are residents of New York and are trying to survive in the noisy metropolis.
