"Code 13: Illegible" is an American multi-series film with an exciting crime plot by director Seth Chitwood.

The film depicts the work of the Massachusetts police, who continuously search for criminal elements, disturbing the peaceful and favorable urban existence. Many people have failed to find their rightful place in a cruel society, so they are forced to live in poverty, struggling to survive on little money, while some try to settle by finding at least low-paying and difficult work. The more cunning and informed residents use their talents in the criminal sphere, thereby increasing the number of crimes in a small town. Four percent of the total population has an amazing innate ability: heightened auditory perception. Most of them are not even aware of their uniqueness, much less the possibilities that this universal gift opens up. Among the "lucky ones" are those who skillfully crack safes during robberies thanks to their keen hearing. The family of the kidnapped girl is also endowed with keen hearing. The father of the family does not trust the local cops to search for his little girl and seeks help from the soldiers of the "Dream Team" group. The guys agree to take on the search for the girl, pursuing their own personal gain.
