Dirilis Ertugrul Season 4

The official representative of the film studio Tekden Film made a statement about the decision to extend the Turkish historical TV series "Dirilis Ertugrul" for a 4th season, the release of which is scheduled for autumn 2017.

The final series of the 3rd part was shown in June 2017. The broadcast is carried out on the television channel "TRT 1". The events take place in the 13th century during the emergence of the powerful Ottoman Republic.

The central character is a great figure of that time, a commander named Ertugrul Bey. He was the leader of the Turkic Oghuz dynasty, so he constantly faced serious problems and had to witness the injustice happening in the region. He becomes the Turkic ruler after the death of his father. Enemies dealt with his parent and now his son has ascended the throne. The main hero, along with fifty of his people, set off on a distant campaign, pursuing the goal of conquering enemy lands. His people entered into battle with the Mongols and Turks. In a difficult struggle, they managed to achieve victory over their opponents and founded a new Empire. Thus began the grand resettlement of citizens to foreign territories. His beloved wife always supported the brave warrior, never leaving her husband in the most difficult moments of his life. The woman was loyal to him and always tried to be by his side.

The key roles were played by Engin Altan, who starred in the films "Journey to Solitude" and "Killing", Hülya Darcan, known for her participation in the mini-series "Big Lie" and "Olive Branch", Cengiz Coskun, who appeared in projects "Boxes" and "Wound From Separation", and many other artists.

The premiere took place on December 10, 2014. A total of 80 episodes were filmed. The screenplay tells the story of a fearless and determined emperor, his numerous battles and his relationship with his wife.
