Halt & Catch Fire release date
Since 2014, the AMC channel has been showing the drama series "Halt & Catch Fire." At the moment, the directing duo of Chris Cantwell and Chris Rogers has released two seasons, and the release of the third season is planned for the summer of 2016.
The plot of the film refers viewers to the 80s of the last century. The setting is America. A year ago, the world saw a novelty - the IBM PC, the first personal computer that could be installed in everyone's home. The main character is Joe MacMillan, who once took part in creating this machine. Today, he is trying to bring his dream of a portable computer to life. He will be assisted by system engineer Gordon Clark and programmer Cameron Howe. The heroes will face resistance from large corporations. However, they intend to stand up to the enemy because their ultimate goal is the development of innovative technologies. The problem is that the threat does not only come from the outside. Discord has also arisen within the team. Ambition, envy, and greed - these emotions can destroy Joe MacMillan's dream and those of his associates. Will they be able to overcome the difficult situation, or is their enterprise doomed to failure? The answer will not be long in coming.
