Joint Russian-Polish-Ukrainian TV series of 2017. Directed by Sergey Vaskovsky. Starring Alexey Anischenko, Sofia Kashtanova, Ekaterina Kuznetsova, Roman Polyansky. The Russian premiere took place on March 13, 2017. A total of 24 episodes were filmed for the project.

The main heroine, Varvara, works as a pediatrician at her relative's medical center. She chose this profession partly because she herself cannot have children. Her ex-fiancé, a sports coach named Ivan, left her precisely for this reason. The man wanted a large family with several children. Unfortunately, Varya couldn't give him such happiness. However, soon the girl starts a relationship with Rodion. Shortly after, the young couple decides to make their relationship official. But on the decisive wedding day, the groom is not at the marriage registry office. It turns out that Rodion has another pregnant girlfriend. She gives birth prematurely and the operation is very difficult, with complications. Despite the efforts of the doctors, the young mother dies. Midwife Lydia orchestrates a scheme. She gives the newborn to a wealthy couple, Olga and Vyacheslav. They were recently deceived by a surrogate mother, so they are willing to pay for this child. Thus begins a series of intricate events involving all the characters of the series.
