The Magicians Season 4

Groundswell Productions film company has announced that the fourth season of the fantasy TV show "The Magicians" will be available for viewing in January 2019.

The final episode of the third part is expected to be broadcast on the "Syfy" channel in April 2018. The television series is a talented adaptation of the cycle of works by writer Lev Grossman.

The main protagonist of the fantasy story is a timid and shy young man named Quentin Coldwater, who has had the opportunity to visit a psychiatric hospital. After that, his life changed significantly. He has always believed in miracles since childhood and for this reason, he was selected for admission to a unique educational institution. Gifted people who dream of learning magic are being trained at a school called Brakebills. They have magical abilities that need to be constantly developed. His close friend, a botanist, also wanted to get here, but luck turned away from her. Julia began to study magic independently in the hope of proving her suitability to the teachers. Soon, an evil spirit noticed her actions. The villain mocked her, as a result of which the unfortunate girl became pregnant. Several months passed in an attempt to get rid of the unwanted baby and kill the rapist. After difficult trials, it turned out that the world had lost its magic. This was a terrible tragedy for the guys, as they could no longer do anything.

The main roles were played by: Jason Ralph, who appeared in the TV series "Secretary of State" and "Gossip Girl", Summer Bishil, who appeared in the films "Crossing Over" and "Return to Halloweentown", Jade Tailor, known for the films "Dangerous Dreams" and "Wedding Day", and other artists. The project was nominated for a Saturn Award.

The premiere was released on December 16, 2015. 39 episodes were filmed. The characters travel through parallel worlds in an attempt to regain magical powers.
