The main character returns from the front to his hometown and learns unhappy news about the disbandment of the police. The reason is that his superiors had irreconcilable disagreements with General NKGB. Using all his influence and connections, the man ensures that the law enforcement officers who displease him are fired. Troshin is perplexed because he is no longer suited for anything other than defending his fellow countrymen. Therefore, he decides to get a job as a precinct officer in one of the most troubled areas of the capital. Due to personal problems, Konstantin moves into a communal apartment, where he meets the other residents of the flat. He quickly finds a common language with them and sets out to restore order in the territory entrusted to him. Dealing with countless people who do not always respect the law, he tries to reach out to each of them and is fully committed to eradicating crime.

The main roles were played by Alexander Domogarov, known for films such as "Narrow Bridge" and "With Fire and Sword", Vitaly Kudryavtsev, who appeared in films such as "Frozen Heart" and "High Heels", Yevgenia Kryukova, who participated in feature films such as "Upside Down" and "Head Over Heels", and many other actors.

The premiere episode aired on January 14, 2013. A total of 34 episodes were filmed. The script tells the story of a determined man who has set himself the difficult task of protecting the peace of the peaceful citizens living in a small settlement.
