A bright detective of domestic production, originally the series was conceived under the name "Legava", but the current title seemed more accurate and appropriate to the authors of the series. Almost the entire filming process took place in the picturesque Nizhny Novgorod, only some episodes were shot in the capital city.

The story of a talented detective and simply brave and charming young girl Alevtina Borzova, who spends her difficult weekdays investigating criminal cases. Being a major of the criminal department, Alevtina investigated quite a few hopeless and mysterious cases, which earned her due respect from colleagues, and she is also respected and appreciated by the management. But after an incident when her hidden and sinful relationship with her boss's son became known, Major Borzova had to leave her position. The young woman is transferred to work in Nizhny Novgorod, where she will have to head the department for investigating serious crimes. But in the department, only men have been working for a long time, so they decide to have a biased attitude towards their newly appointed superior from the very first day. The girl has always been known for her determination and strength of character, so she will prove to her subordinates that she rightfully occupies the entrusted position. Fighting provincial crime and self-confident men in her department will become a difficult challenge, but Alevtina Borzova is not used to giving up.
