The comedy series commissioned by American company "Netflix" premiered in March 2018. The project was written by Ed Gonzalez and Jeremy Haft, who were involved in the creation of the series "Empire", which won a "Golden Globe".

A group of guys, living in one of the most disadvantaged areas of Los Angeles, are trying their best. Their lives are far from the majority of their classmates due to the social inequality that prevails in this seemingly attractive city. Despite the difficult life, the optimistic guys manage to enjoy life. Dangerous encounters with local gangsters not only made them grow up faster than their peers, but also added intelligence and resourcefulness, allowing them to get out of the most hopeless predicaments. Unspoken school rules do not tolerate outliers, so the boys have to fight with mockery and misunderstanding. However, this situation doesn't prevent them from enjoying their youth, because they are true friends, who stand up for each other as a small gang of rebels. These teenagers will have to go through not only teasing from their peers and their first love, but also survive in their neighborhood, which is populated by black people with guns and Latinos involved in drugs.
