Poldark Season 5

The representative of the film company Mammoth Screen assured the audience that Season 5 will start in the middle of 2019.

The final of the 4th season was broadcasted on BBC One in July 2018. This fascinating creation is based on a series of historical works by the novelist Winston Graham.

The action takes place in the 18th century on British soil. A brave guy named Ross was forced to leave his homeland to protect his compatriots. He went to war and defended the interests of the people for a long period of time. After the military operations and a disastrous defeat, he was given a chance to return home. Upon arrival in familiar places from childhood, he learns that his beloved father has passed away and his charming fiancée did not see the need to wait for him and intends to marry Francis. The main character does not understand how Elizabeth could exchange him for his cousin, but accepts the harsh reality. In order to quickly forget about the betrayal of his loved ones, he decides to focus on important matters. The brave man meets a young girl named Demelza and saves her from punishment. The former soldier gives her a roof over her head and arranges her as a cook. He does not lose faith in the possibility of restoring the mine in memory of his deceased father. He gains not only allies but also relentless enemies.
