Irina Koltsova was happy in her family life for many years. Her full cup shatters against a terrible reality. The beloved husband of the woman dies in a monstrous car accident on a high-speed highway. The man was the head of a large holding company that is engaged in the production of pharmaceuticals. The police consider various options for the tragedy and do not exclude that the accident was orchestrated by competitors. From this day on, a whole string of problems and misfortunes begins in Irina's life. Her little son, named Misha, is taken away by her powerful mother-in-law. She believes that she should now raise the child who is the direct heir to a huge pharmaceutical empire. Irina tries with all her might to get her son back, but it is difficult to do so. Her mother-in-law is wealthy and has many connections in various structures. The search for the truth ends for Irina with an accusation of a crime to which she has no relation. The woman is accused of premeditated murder and finds herself in the defendant's bench. She is found guilty and sent to a women's colony. There, Irina's character is tempered in the most severe conditions. She is released early and attempts to regain Misha.
