Sekta Season 2

The second season of the TV series "The Sect" is expected to be aired in the middle of 2020, as assured by one of its producers Artem Loginov.

The last episode was released on TNT-PREMIER in late spring 2019. In their work, the authors touched on a very delicate topic related to occultism.

Season 2 Announcement

The story revolves around specialists who are involved in an unusual business. They help naive citizens escape from cults. One day, the team receives a new order from a wealthy person. They are asked to locate a former model who is currently being photographed for posters by a mysterious community called "The Primal Ones". Nika is completely confused in her life and does not understand what reason forces her to participate in strange photoshoots and obey the will of the community's leader. Deprogrammers specialize in assisting lost souls. Sometimes they have to resort to quite harsh and severe methods. Only through radical means can they bring unhappy people out of a trance state. Each member of the team has no doubt that they will handle the task perfectly. However, the ex-model brings them a lot of trouble. None of them suspected that the situation would become so unpredictable. The cult leader has no intention of parting with his obedient follower and confronts the suddenly appeared defenders of justice.

The main roles are played by Svetlana Khodchenkova, a star of the films "Pathkeeper" and "Blood on the Dance Floor", Anastasia Chistyakova, involved in the feature films "Holiday" and "Expirience", Evgeny Koryakovskiy, who appeared in the series "Rostov" and "Tolya-Robot", and other actors.

The premiere took place on May 23, 2019. There are 8 episodes. The script is about a group of daredevils who set out to find the daughter of their clients.
