9JKL Season 2

Aaron Kaplan, executive producer of the TV series "9JKL," revealed that the release of Season 2 is scheduled for autumn 2018.

The final of the first part is ready for broadcast on the foreign TV channel "CBS" by the end of 2017. It's a story about the complex relationships of close relatives who live in neighboring apartments for various reasons.

Season 2 Preview

The main character is a friendly man named Josh, who couldn't maintain his relationship with his wife. After the breakup, he was forced to move into a residential building where his parents and his brother's family also live. His relatives are very concerned about his future, so living together with them becomes unbearable for him. The older generation constantly visits the troublesome son and annoys him with endless advice on how to properly woo a woman he likes. The older generation has no doubt that without their help, he won't be able to remarry and will remain a bachelor until retirement. However, the young man is content with this situation, but it becomes quite difficult to explain his position to his stubborn relatives. Despite the difficulties, he doesn't give up and tries to find a reasonable compromise. But it all turns out to be futile, so the poor guy enters into open confrontation with everyone.

The key roles were played by Elliot Gould, who appeared in feature films "Getting Straight" and "Love and Kisses," Lisa Lapeyre, who participated in films "Manhunter" and "Fast & Furious," Matt Murray, who appeared in TV series "Big Shots" and "The Art of More," and other artists.

The premiere episode was shown on October 2, 2017. There are a total of 10 episodes. The creators talk about how difficult it is to reach an agreement with loving people and convey their point of view to them.
