Bender Season 2

A representative of the film studio "Sreda" revealed the desire to release Season 2 of the mini-series "Bender" closer to the end of 2021.

The final episode of the 1st season is planned for airing in the 2nd half of 2020. The suspenseful drama tells the story of the extraordinary adventures of two freedom-loving individuals.

Plot details of Season 2

The events take place in 1919. At the beginning of the 20th century, a cheerful scammer named Ostap accidentally meets the charismatic Ibrahim. The older comrade turns out to be a cunning and calculated swindler, capable of deceiving and manipulating naive townspeople. The man becomes a mentor to the young man and teaches him many things. They join forces to obtain a mysterious artifact. In order to quickly enrich themselves, they will have to work hard and show extraordinary resourcefulness. The key characters need to embark on an exciting journey to find the precious item. They learn that the golden scepter belonged to the leaders of imperial Russia and is worth a fabulous sum of money. The wise fraudster tries to explain to his young friend how important it is at times to forget about principles and use people at hand for selfish purposes. However, the charming idealist, at first, resists and does not want to deceive the beautiful women who are captivated by him. The situation becomes even more confusing when the young lad falls in love with two lovely ladies.

Notable actors in leading roles include: Aram Vardanyan, who appeared in feature films "Lost Place" and "Principle of Retaliation," Taisia Vilkova, who starred in the films "Above the Sky" and "All the Best," Nikita Kologriev, who appeared in the series "In the Cage" and "Badaber Fortress," and other artists.

The premiere will start in the second half of 2019. It consists of 3 episodes. The plot revolves around indefatigable adventurers dreaming of wealth.
