Beyond Season 2

The dramatic detective "Beyond", which tells about supernatural abilities that a boy acquired while in a coma, is scheduled for release in 2017. The horror-style series has intrigued the audience so much that they already want to know about the release of the sequel.

The management of Freeform channel, which ordered the project, does not comment on this matter, as it is still unknown whether the film will be popular and find its audience. In case of renewal, director Nick Copus and his team will be able to present the second season no earlier than 2018.

What to expect in the second season

The plot revolves around a young boy named Holden, who spent 12 years in a coma and now, upon waking up, completely fails to understand what is happening in this world. Inside an adult body remains an adolescent, discovering incredible abilities. Holden always has loved ones by his side: his mother Diana, ready to protect her child from all trouble and difficulties of modernity; his father Tom, who doesn't appear concerned about the boy's fate but capable of lending his strong shoulder at the right moment; his brother Luke, realizing that he has become much smarter than Holden and more adaptable to survival. During the difficult adaptation period, a certain woman started coming to the boy, constantly warning him about the dangers associated with his new abilities.

There are 10 premier episodes being prepared for release, filled with a terrifying atmosphere of inexplicable events that the viewer will have to decipher. The creators have announced that the number of episodes is not final and may be increased.
