However, despite the fact that the department performs its duties effectively and conscientiously, there is always a new criminal who needs to be urgently found and neutralized before he causes irreparable harm to the peaceful citizens. And when a dangerous maniac appeared in the city, the main character decides to seek support from the eccentric Professor Shtoppel. Initially, he had serious doubts that such cooperation would be beneficial. The man considered the mathematician a madman in need of immediate psychological help. But the scientist was able to prove that he is needed by the team and together with its members gradually tracks down the criminal.

The main roles are played by Liliya Milyuzina, known for her films "The Vanished Empire" and "28 Panfilov's Men", Timofey Tribuntsev, who appeared in the series "Dead Lake" and "House Arrest", Denis Shvedov, who took part in the films "Dance to Death" and "Betrayal", and other actors.

The premiere was on April 27, 2017. A total of 4 thrilling episodes were released. The scenario tells the story of people who devote all their efforts to catching a deranged serial killer.
