The idea to create this TV show belongs to Hollywood celebrity Ben Affleck. The artist knows firsthand about what was happening in the 1990s.

The action takes place at the end of the 20th millennium in the territory of criminal Boston. Most neighborhoods were mired in corruption. Racism flourished everywhere. Law enforcement officers signed in helplessness and did not rush to deal with formidable violators. It was more convenient and much more profitable for them to help unscrupulous thugs avoid arrest. For decent rewards, dirty cops turned a blind eye to the criminal activities of affluent fat cats and brazen hooligans. No one could stop them. The peaceful population had to settle for bribery and lawlessness. A citizen who arrived in the metropolis wished to put an end to the rampant lawlessness. A black guy from Brooklyn wanted to help his fellow citizens deal with the terror. Decorsi hurried to take up the position of prosecutor and set about restoring order. However, the key character quickly realized how difficult it was to fight the system. His activities were monitored by higher-ranking officials. The authorities prohibited him from interfering in certain situations and forced him to collaborate with dubious individuals. In order to catch the audacious robbers, he had to team up with the arrogant and self-loving federal agent Jackie.
