This time, the author of the work, Tim Carter, will not only serve as a producer and screenwriter, but also as the director of the project. The series is not devoid of comedic moments and irony, which further emphasizes its ease of perception and entertainment value. In the series, the zombie plot is played out more intensively and vividly, while still making noticeable references to the game series. However, the subtle storytelling confirms that the series can be considered a separate addition to the main project.

The plot is connected to a zombie epidemic on the American continent. Individual personalities, government, secret intrigues, and conspiracies are intertwined vividly and expressively. The various methods of combating the invasion, the development of new drugs and injections like "Zombrex," evoke genuine interest. As for the zombies themselves, the team of creators managed not only to capture the effectiveness and vividness of their characters, but also to convey the viewer with the entire spectrum of authentic reality - for example, an unarmed character may find themselves alone with a zombie, and in order to survive and save their own life, they will have to search for any object capable of hindering the resurrected foe.
