The film company A-1 Pictures has announced its decision to extend the Japanese animated television series "Fairy Tail" for its 8th season, which is expected to be released in mid-2017.

The final of the 7th part took place in the spring of 2016. The broadcast is carried out on the TV channel "TV Tokyo". This fantastic story is based on the eponymous manga by talented Hiro Mashima.

Natsu is searching for a dragon. The wise creature raised the boy and taught him the necessary skills. The main heroine helps him on his journey, and in turn, the boy supports the beauty when she is admitted to Fairy Tail. She meets the other members of this close-knit team and joins their ranks. Together, the kids and their friends overcome countless difficulties and fight dangerous enemies.

The key roles were voiced by Tetsuya Kakihara, known for the TV series "Romeo and Juliet" and "Amnesia", Rie Kugimiya, who starred in the feature films "Expelled from Paradise" and "Blue Exorcist", Sayaka Ohara, who participated in the projects "God Eater" and "Strict School" and many other artists.

The first episode was shown on October 12, 2009. A total of 277 episodes have been filmed. The script tells about courageous friends endowed with supernatural abilities and directing their gift to purify the world from various villains.
