The head of the maternity hospital is a determined and self-confident man named Filatov. He cannot be called a complacent and peace-loving person. This charismatic doctor is used to speaking directly and does not seek easy ways. The leader encourages his charges to act bravely and not be afraid to make questionable decisions. Capital city residents rush to make an appointment with this professional, with whom he has to establish contact.
