2016 was a year filled with many interesting novelties. The premiere of one of them took place on the SundanceTV channel. The directorial duo, consisting of Jim Mickle and Nick Gomez, created a wonderful action movie that was warmly received by critics and viewers.

"Hap and Leonard" is the story of two losers. For ordinary people, a black streak is always followed by a white one. They alternate with each other. The heroes have a different story. Hap Collins refused to serve in Vietnam in his youth. For this, he was sentenced to imprisonment. The years spent in captivity did not change the hero's views. He continued to believe in his own truth when faced with harsh reality: a former inmate will never be able to get a decent job. He had to settle for a job as a laborer. Leonard Pine also faces difficulties. The hero often cannot control his emotions. He first encountered this problem when he returned from Vietnam. Now, from time to time, he is prone to losing control. Leonard cannot turn to his relatives for help, as they do not accept his non-traditional orientation. The two friends have a lot of free time, which they spend in an atmosphere of endless fun. However, some of their antics can end badly.
