A Russian crime series from 2013. The project was directed by S. Mareev. Starring well-known actors Vladimir Epifantsev, Mikhail Trukhin, Irina Apeximova, and Oleg Almazov. Interestingly, the series was initially filmed for foreign television - its premiere took place on an Israeli channel on November 29. It was first shown in our country a year later, in December.

During a dangerous mission, Major Maxim Lyutov suffers a serious injury. His family is shot by the bandits he was investigating. After that, Maxim disappears without a trace. Department employees believe that he couldn't recover from his injuries and died. However, several months later, Lyutov reappears at his post. The character's behavior and personality have changed significantly. What was Lyutov doing during his long absence? There is an opinion that he was searching for everyone involved in the murder of his wife and children. One of the suspects is Victor Markin - Lyutov's colleague, who is allegedly involved in a criminal conspiracy with the leader of a local organized group. After his long absence, Maxim has completely changed. He has become rude, uncommunicative, and has developed a strange sense of "dark" humor. It feels like Major Lyutov has become a robot seeking vengeance for his own death. What secrets does Maxim keep in his black past, inaccessible to outsiders?
