Two childhood best friends go their separate ways. One of the heroines has a pious grandmother who only taught her commandments and prayers. The girl's life is filled with gray weekdays at an unloved job. The grandmother of the second heroine is active and cheerful. She loves her granddaughter, Jane, so much that she takes a step that is not quite necessary for her - she wants to go to Hollywood. The thing is, the girl has long dreamed of becoming an actress. And her elderly relative supported her everywhere. And so, the two childhood friends set out to conquer the dream factory together with the support of a mischievous grandmother. Even when things don't go well for them, the grandmother doesn't give up. Moreover, she herself wanted to become an actress. And she did it, getting a role in one of the films. But doubts creep in - does the grandmother need such a career in her old age? The granddaughter can't seem to pass the castings with young and charismatic competitors. But did she know that her own relative would become her main rival? The grandmother is getting more and more into the world of cinema and genuinely enjoys shooting. She doesn't forget about Jane and helps her improve her personal life. The grandmother and granddaughter become true friends.
