Midnight, Texas Season 2

The pilot episode of the project "Midnight, Texas" was launched on screens on May 13, 2016, but after that, there were no new episodes. Fans of the fantastic series, filmed in the horror movie genre, already know that the film's screening will continue in early 2017. But will there be a second season?

The management of NBS channel, who entrusted the director's chair to Nils Arden Oplev, does not provide any details on this matter. This is understandable, because it is not yet known how successful the film will be and whether it would make sense to continue it. In case of successful first season, the second season will not be released before autumn 2018.

What will be shown in the second season

The plot unfolds in the fictional town of Midnight, located in Texas and having a bad reputation. The thing is, ordinary people live side by side with all kinds of terrifying creatures you can think of: vampires, werewolves, demons, and witches are encountered at every step. But there are also good creatures, for example, angels and guardians. A simple girl, Aurora Tigarden, who is in the thick of events, takes part in the "Fellowship of Famous Assassins" organized by ordinary people who want to avoid being killed by monsters.

The creators have not yet announced how many episodes are planned to be released. But they assured the viewers that the series will reflect both romantic relationships and humor, as well as bloody retribution of the locals.
