The film company Left Bank Pictures, engaged in the production of the British science fiction TV series "Oasis," announced that the 2nd season of the drama is tentatively scheduled for spring 2018.

The main character, a man named Peter, tries in every possible way to support people and help them overcome difficulties. He is a priest and does not leave any of his parishioners in trouble. One day he receives an offer to participate in the colonization of a distant planet. Scientists have been studying it for a long time and have come to the conclusion that it is quite suitable for settlement by earthlings. Peter doubts whether he should assist in the development of extraterrestrial territories, seeing numerous drawbacks in this idea. But in exchange for funding the arrival, he agrees to do everything in his power to give people the opportunity to make an intergalactic journey without any major problems.

Ashlyn McGuckin, who starred in the feature films "The White Countess" and "Unknown Soldier," Lemogang Tsipa, who appeared in the films "The Eye That Sees Everything" and "Black Sails," Johnjo O'Neal, who participated in the projects "Doctor Who" and "Brothers in Arms," and other artists were invited to the key roles.

The premiere episode aired on March 16, 2017. In total, 8 episodes were filmed. The story revolves around an upright priest who wants to make life easier for the city dwellers and provide them with necessary resources.
