A 10-episode premiere of an extravagant TV show will take place on August 30, 2018. The show is produced by the foreign channel "CBS".

The events described in the mystical TV project transport the audience to a small industrial town. After the Great Depression, the government makes persistent efforts to restore the object from ruins. However, the indigenous population is convinced that the result will undoubtedly not be positive. The key characters live in unfavorable conditions, but are obsessed with global changes. They become unfamiliar citizens who do not consider themselves lucky. They have an unimaginable complex of unsolvable problems. They do not understand how to get out of the deadlock situation and become happy individuals. Due to the circumstances, the main characters end up with a mysterious banknote in their hands at some point. It is this banknote that unwittingly becomes a witness to the bloodshed crimes that occur in the strange town. Inhumane crimes occur. The dollar unites absolutely different Americans. They differ in their behavior, race, cultural values, and religion. The characters express their personal attitude towards the horrific murders and try to get out of the situation without major losses.
