Otbrosy release date
The STS TV channel is shooting an adaptation of the popular series "Misfits" (in English). which viewers loved after its premiere in Great Britain. The series will be aired on the channel at the end of 2015 or the beginning of 2016.
The Russian adaptation will not only change the title, but the names of the main characters will also be replaced with similar Russian names: Nathan - Nikita, Alisha - Alisa, Kelly - Kristina, Simon - Arseny (Semyon), Curtis - Kirill. Most of the filming took place in Victory Park in Moscow. It is planned that the adaptation will almost completely repeat the storyline of its older sibling.
The plot of the series "Wednesday" revolves around five teenagers who have taken a criminal path and are serving their punishment by doing community service. One fine day, a storm passes over the city and the guys are struck by lightning, which gives them superpowers. In addition, similar talents appear in other city residents, around which the whole story unfolds. Against this backdrop, their supervisor goes insane and the young criminals had to kill him. They are united by common crimes and secrets, and how to live in the new world you will see in the comedy-fantasy series from STS.
The actors' accounts are already filled with photos from the filming, so I think the premiere of the first season is not far off, and the fate of the second season will be decided by the ratings after the show on Russian TV.
