Charles is not only a practicing doctor, but also the head of the surgical department. He coped with his responsibilities with dignity until he was injured in a major car accident. The talented specialist fell into a coma and no one can guarantee that the injured man will ever wake up. However, those who love him do not give up and do everything possible to bring the young man out of a sleeping state. Above all, his beloved Alex hopes for a successful outcome. The bride is supported by their mutual friend Joel Goran and intends to apply all the professional knowledge and experience available to return the groom to a full life. At the same time, Dr. Harris finds himself lying in a hospital bed, while his spirit wanders around the medical facility, trying to understand what happened to him.

The key roles were played by Michael Shanks, who appeared in TV series "Stargate SG-1" and "Saving Hope," Erica Durance, known for her participation in TV shows "Smallville" and "Charlie's Angels," Benjamin Ayres, who appeared in projects "Blood Ties" and "Supernatural," and many other artists.

The premiere episode aired on June 7, 2012. A total of 85 episodes were filmed. The plot revolves around the employees of a city hospital who are forced to make difficult life-changing decisions every day.
