The action takes place within the walls of a medical institution, where true professionals in their field work. They skillfully examine incoming patients and make accurate diagnoses. Sometimes they make insignificant mistakes. The main characters try to avoid mistakes, as neglecting their duties can lead to significant problems, even to fatal outcomes. Talented doctors tirelessly fight for each human life and refuse to leave their workplaces until the danger to the citizens' health stops. One of the hospital employees is the charismatic Bragin. Oleg doesn't hold back his words and doesn't let himself be offended. In order to defend his opinion, he is capable of conflicting with higher management. His cynical and slightly arrogant character becomes a headache for his immediate colleagues and family members. Nevertheless, the self-assured man continues to follow his own principles and stay on his chosen path.

The main roles are played by: Dmitry Miller, who played in the series "Svetofor" and "False Note," Maxim Averin, who participated in the films "Cat's Waltz" and "Love and Sax," Ekaterina Travova, who appeared in feature films "Sect" and "Snake Woman," and other actors.

This TV show premiered on September 24, 2012. A total of 144 episodes have been produced. It centers around an ambitious surgeon and his immediate environment.
