Sarah, who had not yet overcome her teenage years, woke up one morning to her great astonishment with a big belly. It clearly indicated that the girl was soon to give birth and was in one of the last months. Tests confirmed this remarkable event. It became remarkable because Sarah literally had her first intimate encounter with her boyfriend just yesterday. One of the most attractive and athletic guys in college had long been trying to win her over, and then the young people started dating. Sarah wonders how a huge belly could have formed overnight and, according to the local hospital doctor, the main character will soon have to go through the delivery of her first child. Soon Sarah begins to notice strange things during her unplanned pregnancy. And perhaps her boyfriend has nothing to do with this situation. The townspeople saw strange lights on that fateful night, after which Sarah woke up pregnant. There is a possibility that extraterrestrials were involved here. Some time passes, and the girl's worst fears begin to come true. A series of bloody events occurs in the town, driven by an unknown force.
