Night Shyamalan (director of films "The Sixth Sense", "Signs", etc.) started his collaboration with the American channel TNT to create a new version of the old-school "Tales from the Crypt", with the first episodes scheduled for release in 2017. The sharpness of the plot, along with concise direction and a very subtle boundary of perception and portrayal of emotions, skillfully made it so that the story is not revealed right away, but instead leaves the audience interested until the end of the episode - perhaps the pluses of the series can be listed endlessly. The relevance of the stories, their lifelikeness, but at the same time the dominant themes of mystery and fantasy, have already won high ratings for a long time, and therefore the premiere of the new series has caused various opinions and even concerns. However, the "mystical" mastery of storytelling by the new director and his skillful perspective on the motives of W. M. Gaines' comics, on which "Tales from the Crypt" were actually based, are destined to make an interesting project.

The Crypt Keeper, his malice and memorable laughter, black-black humor, and instructive stories about human troubles and temptations - eerie bedtime tales, a gloomy atmosphere, but with a light narrative - what else could you wish for?! Charismatic and truly attractive characters, many of whom are well-known actors, and excellent plot create a cozy and unobtrusive storytelling atmosphere, and the fantastic storyline only adds more vividness to the project.
