An unknown person dealt with three operatives who were trying to investigate a serial killer case. They never found the trace of the maniac, so the higher authorities decided to send a Moscow expert, a controversial and slightly strange young man named Savchenko, to assist the local police investigators. Andrey comes from the same province where his younger sister had a major problem. Trying to protect the girl from danger, he gets involved in a conflict with a powerful criminal group. The guy intends to get out of the difficult situation with minimal losses and to fulfill the leadership's assignment with dignity.

The main roles were played by Kirill Pirogov, known for his feature films "Walk" and "Inhabited Island", Petr Fedorov, who starred in the films "Pure Art" and "Icebreaker", Ivan Zhizhikin, the star of the series "Case of Honor" and "Major", and other artists.
