The Night Shift Season 5

The official representative of Sony Pictures Television, responsible for the broadcast of the foreign melodramatic TV series "The Night Shift", made a statement that the start of the 5th season will take place in the summer of 2018.

The last episode of the 4th season was aired at the end of August 2017 on the TV channel "NBC". The central figures are healthcare workers who work during the night.

The main protagonist of the show is a young man named T.C. Callahan, who has gone through many difficulties in life. Not long ago, he was a soldier who went on dangerous missions to hotspots. He faithfully served his country, eliminating criminal elements. The hero has seen a lot of sorrow and human suffering, which still haunt him at night. With the intention of forgetting the horrifying past, he decides to change his occupation and work in a hospital. The guy sincerely hoped that the changes would lead to a better life and that he would finally find the long-awaited peace. But he did not realize how corrupt the healthcare system was. Lies and corruption even penetrated the walls of the hospital. The Emergency Department excelled in this matter. The righteous man is not ready to tolerate bribery and intends to fight with dishonest doctors.

The key roles were played by Owen McKenna, known for the feature films "Siren" and "Ghost Forest", Freddie Rodriguez, who appeared in films "Bobby" and "Soldiers of Fortune", and Jeanine Gussen, who appeared in projects "Alcatraz" and "The Strain".

The premiere episode was aired on May 27, 2014. A total of 45 episodes were filmed. This is a story about people who make incredible efforts to provide timely treatment to seriously ill patients, saving human lives.
