History ordered several episodes from the outstanding star of American cinema, Sylvester Stallone. The artist willingly directed them.

The events that will be told in the suspenseful TV show take place in the past century. The population of the United States had a hard time. Chaotic confusion reigned everywhere, corrupt officials and deceitful bribe-takers were in high esteem. They were not only among the highest ranks and politicians. It was not uncommon to come across them in law enforcement structures. Some police officers didn't hesitate to steal and shamelessly take large bribes. Self-confident and impartial Charles Becker was included among the untrustworthy detectives. Together with a hardworking detective team, the eccentric man got rid of cunning and bloodthirsty gangsters. The guys approached their work with responsibility but were dirty policemen. This fact did not prevent the key characters from tracking down resourceful criminals and reading them their rights upon arrest. It was extremely difficult to survive and find a place under the sun in a democratic state. The number of ruthless hoodlums and merciless gangsters increased with each passing year. It was the criminals who controlled the situation in the Tenderloin district and undermined the entire town.
