Lee Russell, who holds the position of the head of the academic department, helps him in every way. However, he has hidden motives. Every day, the heroes face difficult work. They have to implement the proposals of the director and the board of trustees. Some of them are quite feasible. Implementation of others requires working to the maximum of their abilities. At the same time, they must dedicate enough time to the upbringing of the younger generation. The arrival of a new English teacher, Amanda Snodgrass, has heightened the tension in the school.
