Ed Westwick is not afraid to experiment with images. He became famous for his role as a spoiled rich man in the TV show "Gossip Girl," after which he played a ruthless maniac in the project "Evil City."

The events take place in the 1980s. In a small town called Essex, there is a small shop specializing in window sales. The owner of the small business is an ambitious and narcissistic hunk named Vincent. The young man has no doubt that he will succeed in becoming a leader and earning colossal profits. However, the conservative residents of the town are extremely skeptical of dubious innovations and do not rush to buy the offered goods. Despite numerous difficulties, the key character considers himself a cool entrepreneur and is confident that he will reach unimaginable heights in his chosen field in the foreseeable future. The hardworking man strives to earn a giant income but does not forget about his personal desires. The agile guy enjoys the benefits and is not afraid to take risks. The decisions he makes make more responsible comrades take their heads and marvel at his stress resistance. The main hero thoughtlessly violates established rules and does not think about the trouble he can get into because of his reckless behavior.
