Brian Burke, Executive Producer of the project "11.22.63", has revealed that in the event of its renewal, the 2nd season will be filmed by 2020.

The story revolves around an honest American named Jake, who holds a humble teaching position. He dislikes surprises, so he prefers to avoid major troubles. The young man teaches English to clever children and tries to instill necessary information into their little heads. His steady life changes significantly after he decides to visit an old friend - the elderly owner of a small cafe, Mr. Templton. Jake tells his old friend a terrible truth. He shows him a temporal portal, securely hidden from prying eyes in a utility room. The cafe owner confesses that he is terminally ill. He urges his friend to forget about important matters and go back in time. Jake has to travel to the year 1960 in order to attempt to save the acting President Kennedy from imminent death. It won't be easy. Epping boldly embarks on this great mission, hoping that it will go smoothly. The teacher doesn't tell anyone that he is a man from the future.
