The main character of the show is a girl who works as a waitress in a café. In the small town of Dalton, Georgia, an unknown virus affects people. They turn into zombies, constantly craving human flesh. They are everywhere - in cafes, gas stations, supermarkets. And with each passing day, the number of monsters increases. The roadside café waitress and her colleagues are almost the only ones who have not been affected. They begin to defend themselves against the zombies using whatever means they have, becoming Butchers. After a deadly virus, life is turned upside down, and now the survivors will have to learn a completely new trade. The only way to salvation is to reach the government tents, where there may be an antidote. But the workers of the roadside café do not know the scale of the disaster and act blindly...
