Absentia Season 2

You'll be able to watch Season 2 of the foreign drama TV series "Absentia" in the spring of 2019, as assured by Masha Productions' representative.

Until recently, Emily was truly happy. She was married to a wonderful spouse, who was also her colleague at work. The couple worked at the Federal Bureau, dealing with complex investigations. In addition to their work, they raised their young son whom they loved dearly and tried to provide with the best. But suddenly a shocking event occurs. The main heroine is kidnapped by a maniac. Law enforcement authorities made every effort to find the woman, but did not achieve the desired result. She was declared dead, after which the suspect in the crime was arrested. After a court hearing, the serial killer was sentenced to a substantial prison term. He spent a whole 6 years behind bars, after which news spread around the city about the unexpected return of the vanished special agent. The exhausted brunette was found by her husband in a tank filled with water. The unfortunate woman was unconscious, so she was taken to a clinic for examination. Soon she learned that Nick didn't wait for her and got married again, and their grown-up child considers the new wife of his father as his mother.

The main roles were played by Stana Katic, the star of feature films "Quantum of Solace" and "Rendezvous", Patrick Heusinger, who participated in the films "Boomerang" and "The Nanny Diaries", Cara Theobold, involved in the projects "Reckless" and "Downton Abbey", and other artists.

The premiere episode was provided for screening on October 2, 2017. A total of 10 episodes have been prepared. FBI agent Bern is trying to clear his honest name and adapt to life after a long absence.
