Black Monday Season 2

A representative of the film company Shark vs. Bear made a statement that the second season of the TV series "Black Monday" will be shown in early 2020.

The management of the "Showtime" channel aired the finale of the 1st season in March 2019. The plot revolves around several employees of an investment corporation who want to earn an unrealistic amount of money using their wit and intuition.

The narrative focuses on an unlucky young man named Blair who is trying to find his own place in life. He dreams of proving to his beloved that he is capable of daring actions. The young man constantly gets into trouble and gets involved in difficult situations. He wants to excel in his new job, but becomes a laughingstock in the eyes of his colleagues. He befriends a rather arrogant and insolent financier who cannot contain his negative emotions. The arrogant man blames the unlucky guy for ruining his mood. He promises that the newcomer will not last long on Wall Street. The charismatic guys make a bet, unaware that a major stock market crash is about to happen. They will have to go through many trials and turn from bitter enemies into loyal companions. The unexpectedly occurring catastrophe shatters human destinies and compels some of the townspeople to dare to commit monstrous deeds.

The main roles are played by: Andrew Rannells, known for his roles in the movies "Why Him?" and "A Simple Favor", Horatio Sands, famous for the films "Obsessed" and "The Dictator", Yasser Lester, who played in the series "Girls" and "Making History", and other actors.

The premiere started on January 20, 2019. It consists of 10 episodes. The script revolves around a group of amateur financiers who encounter a colossal number of insoluble problems.
