On November 29, 2015, the third season of the crime series "Bron/Broen" finished, which was the result of the collaboration between Swedish, German, and Danish film studios. Due to long breaks between the seasons' broadcasts, fans of the show immediately became concerned about when the fourth season would be released.
This time the creators of the series did not drag it out and scheduled the premiere for September 25, 2016. The project was commissioned by the Swedish TV channel SVT1, with the talented Henrik Georgsson remaining as the director.
What will happen in season 6
The plot of the series unfolds on the Öresund Bridge, connecting Sweden and Denmark. By twist of fate, after a minor power outage on the bridge, the body of a girl is found lying exactly on the border between the two countries. Both Swedish and Danish investigators are assigned to solve the case, but they cannot get along, constantly hindering each other. Meanwhile, the killer does not rest, placing new victims in the same location. They must act immediately, setting aside their grievances and rivalry. In the new season, the relentless agents will continue to solve crimes together, not yielding to each other in any way.
The series premiered on September 28, 2011. Each season consists of 10 episodes, immersing the viewers in detective stories of the two countries time after time.
