The Universal Studio has just released a brand new exciting TV series, and it's once again about Chicago. Now, the viewers will get a behind-the-scenes look at the city's law enforcement and judicial system. These plots have been adapted multiple times in other earlier series and have always sparked interest due to complex cases and intriguing investigations. The producer and scriptwriter is Michael Brandt.

The judicial system has always faced incredible pressure from authorities, influential individuals, and various circumstances. Despite the apparent extensive power and invincibility, judges' work is very dangerous and subjective. The Chicago court in the series will showcase all the various aspects - both strong and weak - ranging from routine domestic cases to criminal disputes involving powerful mafia and higher government structures. The plot will start with investigating a police officer's murder. This crime happened in broad daylight and became a blatant challenge to the law enforcement system. To make it easier for viewers to get accustomed to the new series and for the plot to have more coherence, some characters have transitioned from the "Chicago Police" series. Both the courts and the police work together for the benefit of the state and the country. Their desire to maintain order faces significant obstacles, not only from greedy and malicious mafia members but also from officials in higher positions of power. How to preserve a sense of justice and morality in complex life realities - each character in the series will have to solve this question independently.
