Directed by the incomparable Colm McCarthy, who actively participated in the production of the TV shows "Young Morse" and "Doctor Who", the central figures in this fantastic creation are fearless amateur racers who cannot imagine their lives without a constant surge of adrenaline. They prefer high-speed driving and are not willing to settle for a calm existence. These eccentric guys own souped-up cars and expend their energy to demonstrate to the shocked public their abilities and unique passion for extreme sports. The key characters enthusiastically race through the streets of London at night. Their primary goal is to reach the northern lands of Scotland in record time. Every night they have to forget about sleep and venture out onto restless streets to continue their fight for leadership. Only the most cowardly citizens hide in hidden dwellings, fearing to encounter dangerous enemies. An unknown virus, which entered the country in an unknown way, poses a special threat. Illegal races give desperate daredevils the opportunity to escape the totalitarian control of the current government. The winners of the racing battle have the only chance to achieve the desired freedom and live a safer life.
