The young man started to actively pursue a career. However, his short stature and stubborn character hindered his further advancement. He refused to treat women respectfully and occasionally insulted them. The dissatisfied management grew tired of the unruly nature of the stubborn employee. Due to his scandalous behavior, the stern boss demoted him from his position. Despite the troubles that have befallen him, the young man believed that he could resolve the problems and return to the Super League. For the sake of his ultimate goal, he had to collaborate with a student team from a remote province. The key character had no desire to associate with the tall volleyball players. However, his life reached a dead end, and he had to make a decisive choice. The ambitious young man set himself the global task of leading the girls to the desired victory. He took charge of the students. The self-assured Vice-Rector Irina did not want to support the man and started to hinder him in carrying out the difficult task. His former lover also decided to get back at him for past grievances.
