Emerald City Season 2

The filming of the dramatic project "Emerald City", which presents the viewer with an alternative version of the world-famous children's fairy tale, has been completed. The premiere is expected to be on the NBS channel in late 2016 - early 2017.

To say for sure whether there will be a continuation of the film, it will only be possible after its official ratings and statements from the creators, director Tarsem Singh and the film studio "NBC Universal Television." In any case, Season 2 will not be shown before 2018.

What will happen in the new season

The plot of the series is quite grim: young Dorothy Gale, just like in the original version, finds herself in the land of Oz, but not the one that is known to many from books. There is a bloodthirsty war going on here, the main goal of which is absolute power takeover and the destruction of enemies at any cost. Dorothy, being a girl with a very strong character, is in the midst of ruthless battles. Enemies are ready for anything: weaving intrigues, betraying relatives and loved ones, mocking and not sparing subordinates. How will this journey into the world of evil wizards end?

The number of episodes being prepared for release is still unknown. But they all promise to be exciting and interesting.
