As part of the organized press conference in January 2016, it became known that the fantastic series "The Flash" is planned to be renewed for a 3rd season. At the moment, the most likely release date is October 4, 2016.

In previous episodes of the TV show, based on comics, we finally learned the fate of Iris' mother and Joe's wife. Some of the released episodes were cross-overs with the fourth season of the spin-off "Arrow" and "Supergirl". Finally, other universes appeared in the plot. A new character, Zoom, was introduced, who turned out to be faster than The Flash and Reverse-Flash. The team's confrontation was with Atom Smasher, who could increase in size.

The series "The Flash" from the US cable channel The CW tells the story of Barry Allen, who, during an unsuccessful experiment with a particle accelerator, gained the superpower to move lightning-fast through space. He uses his abilities to pursue justice in his hometown and to investigate his mother's murder.
