Before us is the life of an American provincial town, each morning of which proceeds the same. However, one day something strange happened - zombie mutants appear in the town. This event occurs after a strong explosion and fire at a chemical production plant. The main characters - students of one of the local schools and their football coach - find themselves in the epicenter of the events, taking cover in an old bomb shelter on the school grounds. Will they be able to find out the reason for the appearance of the monsters and find a way to get rid of them while being trapped in a confined space? But going out is also dangerous - poisonous vapors with strange contents can turn almost anyone into a bloodthirsty mutant. Interesting plot twists, good performances by young actors, and high-quality makeup artists' work make the series a worthy horror project. The detective storyline and various secrets related to the life of the town maintain intrigue. It is also worth noting the good psychological aspect of the characters' coming of age - from schoolchildren to rational thinking young adults.
