The fantastic series by "Matchbox Pictures" started in July 2015 on the Australian channel "ABC". A year later, the famous "Netflix", interested in the project, supported further production, becoming a co-producer.

James Hayes, working in the police department, was used to peaceful shifts. The small town of Yurana, located in one of the Australian states, is not famous for criminal events, preferring a quiet and measured existence. That is why the announcement of vandalism, received during the night shift, caught the senior constable off guard. Criminals were noticed in the town cemetery. However, upon arrival, the man was completely shocked. What he saw did not make sense. Six corpses rose from their own graves. The appearance of the living dead did not resemble decaying corpses at all. People looked as they did in life, but the overall loss of memory frightened them, preventing them from understanding what had happened. Among the resurrected was James's late wife. Trying to understand what had happened, the policeman seeks the help of a local doctor, Elisha McKellar. Deciding to keep the inexplicable resurrection a secret from the townspeople, the newly formed team tries to uncover the truth, relying only on their own strength. To everyone's surprise, all members of the six are connected to each other. But who or what caused this mysterious event?
