The show "The Voice" is an adaptation of the project "The Voice" from the Dutch channel RTL4. In just four seasons, 64 episodes of this show have been aired on Channel One. The winners are usually chosen annually on New Year's Eve through viewer SMS voting.

The host of the project for the first four seasons is the famous actor and comedian Dmitry Nagiyev. In addition, the success of the show led the management of Channel One to launch a similar children's version of the project "The Voice Kids".
