Icerde Season 2

Ay Yapim, a film studio engaged in the production of foreign crime drama "Icerde", has announced the upcoming release of the second season, the premiere of which is scheduled for autumn 2017.

The final of the first part was broadcasted on the TV channel "Show TV" at the end of March 2017. The TV series quickly became popular not only in Turkey but also among Russian viewers.

Season 2 preview

One of the main characters of the action movie is a young man named Sarp. Not long ago, he successfully graduated from the police academy. The guy didn't even suspect that he was studying together with his twin brother. Close relatives had not seen each other for a long time. A few years ago, Umut was kidnapped by unknown individuals and nothing was known about his fate. Now he has a completely different name - Mete. He had to overcome many trials. The young man was saved by a noble girl who provided him with shelter. It was thanks to her that he was admitted to the educational institution where real detectives are trained. In their childhood, the boys had to experience another tragedy related to their father. He was accused of committing a serious crime and he was never able to prove his own innocence.

Chagatai Ulusoy, who gained fame after participating in feature films "Anatolian Eagles" and "Wild Honey", Chetin Tekindor, who appeared in films "Collision" and "Courier", Mustafa Ugurlu, who appeared in projects "Espionage" and "Games of Justice", and many other artists were invited to the key roles.

The premiere episode aired on September 19, 2016. A total of 27 episodes were filmed. The thriller's characters met again on the same territory after a long period. Both chose protecting their homeland from criminal elements as their profession. However, due to a series of circumstances, a rift occurred between the brothers again.
